Returning your purchase
For online orders, contact customer service within 90 days of the receipt of your order. Upon review and approval of your return request, a complain number will be assigned to you and a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you. Once your return is received in its original, unworn condition with original packing, you will be refunded for the purchase price of your order minus the original shipping cost. If an item is being returned as defective or because we have made an error in your order, you will not be charged for any ship fees associated with the error correction.
Receiving a refund
Once we have received the items in our logistics center, a refund is initiated immediately. You will first receive a confirmation email to notify you of the number of items returned and the amount to be refunded. The money will then be refunded by the same payment method used to make the initial purchase. Please note that it may take up to 8 to 10 working days from receipt of our email for the refund to show up in your account.
